HONE :

Complete refurbishment of a Grade II listed building in Westminster, with a gastro-pub on ground and basement floors and 5 high-end apartments on the upper floors. The pub was carefully restored bringing back many of its original features, with the basement storage area completely refurbished and to provide a new restaurant, kitchen & toilets. The upper floors were completely stripped out and five new private residential units were created. As a highly prominent listed building, the design process required detailed analysis of the building and highly sensitive interventions to ensure modern features such as industrial ventilation and extraction to the basement could be added with minimal disruption.
