Limehouse Flat

Complete refurbishment of a warehouse flat in East London, with spectacular double-height glazed wall overlooking the Thames. The designs sought to create an open, flowing home with many interlinked spaces and a general feeling of spaciousness and light. Many of the original industrial features were retained, such as the concrete beams and columns and brick walls – and within this original shell we added highly refined elements such as a herringbone floor and high quality built-in joinery and kitchen. The master bedroom occupies a priveledged position, overlooking the Thames and the main space, separated off by an opening folding wall, a truly theatrical element of surprise.
