HONE :

A full refurbishment and fit-out project of a luxury 3 bedroom property for a private developer client. HONE’s concept was to create an apartment that is modern with hints of traditional look and feel. The more “public” spaces have bold, sharp and modern designs contrasting the more “private” spaces having a softer and warmer feel. As the overall floor area was not very generous, a space efficient layout was extremely important. HONE developed the detailed design to produce bespoke bathrooms and joinery designs and to select and source all fixtures and fittings including sanitaryware, loose furniture, soft furnishing, curtains and artwork. The dressing of rooms was also carried out by HONE to assist the client with the staging of the property to attract prospective tenants and for professional photography.
